These vipers have caused me no end of financial harm after promising the "lowest " bankcard processing fees and charges. They deliberately lied about the per transaction fees, which was my greatest concern, as a brand new small business trying to open in these economic times. If only I had been more sceptical. The owner of the Minnesota company flat out told me I had no business complaining, as they had previously reduced their exhorbitant fees due to my call. He said that Quantum sales rep would "never have promised the plan I was given, " as it would be below their cost. Yet, I have it in writing that their plan would save me the most money. What liars! Do NOT do business with them. I filed with the BBB. What a joke! All they have to do is RESPOND to a complaint in order to meet BBB standards of excellence. They don't have to make good on anything, just respond. I may as well close the doors as they have just taken my last funds out of my account! They are in cahoots with First Data Global Leasing and Discount Payment Processing (of Maryland.) so if you

Yes, I agree...this company is ran by a crook himself! Robbi Olson, a con of cons. They are based in Oakdale, Minnesota and specialize at buying credit card machines for $200 each - and leasing them for $49.99 per month X 48 months to a business owner. That total is $2, 399.52 - over 11 times more than its actual cost. The worst part is, Robbi and his pack of sales wolves don't explain that you won't own the machine at the end of the 48 months. If they could withhold the information of you not owning the machine after 48 monthly payments...what else can they not be telling you? This is your hard earned business money, don't trust Quantum as my post and the other states! They are fairly new and have several complaints about "the same thing". Oh, and so you know, Quantum Merchant Services didn't begin in the 1990's at all, it began in [protected] roughly. Starting the company "Quantum Merchant Services, simply gave Robbi, (Rob) was a new way to make money on unsuspecting customers. Universal Power Marketing, LLC is another scheming company for landline telephone service ran by this prince of thieves! (Universal started in the 90's, not Quantum)
