Total Scam. Some guy going by Tim and someone going by Julie B. They sell their scam for $185 to perform what costs $70 to easily complete a form at the State of WA, Annual Report Portal. They wouldn’t refund my money and never submitted any forms for me. I warned them not to conduct business on my behalf and they refused to acknowledge my request and refused to refund my $185 for services not rendered.

My experience with Fastfilings was horrible. The site sells on a fast turn around. I ordered a Cert. Of Good Standing. After ten days of waiting, attempted to reach them by phone [impossible], email response was slow and unhelpful. Never received the certificate nor a refund. FastFilings has a 100% non cancellation policy. After reading other reviews I did not bother contacting my credit card Co.

Mistakenly filed State of Information thru Fastfilings on 3/21/24. Paid ridiculous expensive fees $69 and State of Information fee $25 for total of $94 and thinking State of Information will update instantly. Bank checked and no updates so I had to log into sos website to pay the State of Information fee $20 to update instantly which requested by the bank. Sent email to Fastfilings on 3/21/24 to cancel the transaction. Fastfilings.com refused to cancel and refund the transaction but proceed to process the transaction on 3/22/24. This is a scam and has no refund of business for customers. It's ridiculous expensive $94 for getting the State of Information. SCAM AND RIP OFF!

Paid money to them to file for TX Reseller's Certificate. They took my money and sent an email stating that my applications had been "accepted" and that I was assigned a TX TAX PERMIT number. They stated the certificate would arrive in the mail within two to four weeks. It has been more than six weeks and no certificate. I called the TX dept of taxation and they have no record of my application nor assignment of a permit number. FASTFILLINGS is a scam! They cannot be reached by telephone... only email. They do NOT respond to emails.
