Farrah's Chihuahua's, Kenshaw, SC review: Puppy replacement

I purchased a male AKC chihuahua puppy for cash $2000 October 29, 2022, at the Goodwill Outlet in Winston Salem, NC. Paid her for (Cowboy). Paid cash. Pup died. Had necropsy done. Dr said genetic issues. Farrah agreed to replace him with a pup from her next litter in Feb, 2023. (She would not give me back cash).

The new litter - I picked (Ryder) out. Farrah agreed. We were suppose to meet again Saturday, April 29, 2023. She stopped returning my emails, phone calls, FB messages, etc.

She was suppose to have a litter due Aug 1, 2023. I am looking for a AKC Chihuahua female or male from her or $2000 in cash.
