Fantuan Delivery review: Unethical hiring practices

Hi, my name is Amrish Patel and I want to complain about a food delivery company operating in Canada. Company's name is Fantuan Delivery. This company only hires drivers which are Asian looking individuals. I applied online and submitted all my documents on Spet 6, 2022. I got an email after few hours and that email is completely in Mandarin language. Screenshot of that email is attached here in. They ignore official language act and responded me using Mandarin language. I have to use google translate to understand the content of the email. After I applied I never got contacted by them for any additional information. Also I want share my observation that I only see Asian looking delivery drivers and we can spot them because company make drivers wear vest which advertise Fantuan. I do food delivery for other companies and I'm on the road all the time.
