I called this business Monday, 12/5/2022, to have my dishwasher repaired. The owner and another man came to my home at 10am. The owner is Eric Tebault. While E. Tebault was looking at the dishwasher, the other man looked in my refrigerator and told me that the liner on the door was ripped and needed replacing. They ordered the part, and were supposed to come back out when it arrived. I heard nothing from the owner, so I text him Wednesday 12/7/2022. He did not respond. I called, but his mailbox was full. I text him a total of 3 times. He did not respond until I text and told him I was concerned because I read the bad reviews he had on Yelp. He called me Friday morning and said he would come that afternoon. He did not come to my home at all that day. I text him that night and asked what happened. He showed up Saturday morning, but he had the wrong liner. The reviews online said that he would go to people's home 4-5 times and never fix anything, so I told him to leave my home. I made him leave the liner because I had paid for it, and I knew if he did not leave it, I would never see him again. I told him I wanted a refund right then. He said he couldn't give me a refund. I called the appliance company he ordered it from. He charged me $159 for it. The actual price was $49. They informed me that they could not give me a refund for it. It would have to go through his account. He text me that day and said if I left it on my porch, he would pick it up and then give me a refund. I do not believe he will. The check I gave him was cashed by him that same day. This man is dishonest.
