EZ Energy Solutions by GNRG Inc. review: Solar systems (solar panels installations)

I entered into a contract with this company for $32,885 (through Financing offered by them) I got approved and the system was installed and operational 5, 19, 2021.

The company issued a warranty for 30 years for labor and materials.

I call for them several times to fix the problem (the system is not working in Nov. 2021) but only fix May 2022. This year the problem occurred starting Nov. 1. The system is not working again but they don't answer and I believe just ignoring my calls. They don't care because they have already been paid and leave you suffering and paying a system that doesn't work for what it is intended.

I belive more consumers have been victimized by the same scheme. You can check Yelp for complaints but a certain Richard W. is trying to reply that the complaints are fake. I hope BBB can do something to this kind of business practice.
