Eye Q review: Customer Service/Product Replacement 1

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Product must run via CD. If the CD gets damaged, even though you already paid for the program, you have to pay another $50.00 to get a replacement CD. I have never had a program that runs on a disc that either could be installed on a drive for usage, or could be easily replaced at little to no cost.

Customer service also has no desire to be helpful aside from noting that a new CD is only $49.00 instead of the $200 and change for the program new.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
