Express Zips Car Wash review: Complaint

I visited this car was one year ago. Was not happy with the service. I canceled the membership. I visited the car wash again 2 months ago for a single wash and this company charged me a monthly fee of 35.00. This is the second time I have been charged by this company a 35.00 fee for a membership I don't have. The first time I contacted them to let them know the membership was canceled no refund. I would like my money back this time no exceptions. They are now Ju stealing people's money. One time washes a put you on a monthly payment someone needs to investigate.
