I called up Express Repair, complaining that my fridge stopped getting to be cold. Express Repair sent a technician who dismantled some things, and said that the fan should be replaced. On August 9, 2022, technician came back and replaced the fan, hence, the fridge started to get cold again. However, when he left, we noticed that the ice maker stopped working. We had to observe for a few days and called back Express Repair on August 22, 2022 (or after 13 days) which is still within the warranty period. Technician came on August 24, and upon checking, he said there's something to be replaced to make the ice maker work, and it would cost me $500+

The following day, my husband tried to figure out what was wrong, made some adjustments, and now the ice maker is working. So, there's really nothing wrong with the ice maker. The technician may have not re-assembled properly what he dismantled that is why ice maker stopped working.

Express Repair kept on sending me a bill, and I have called and emailed several times, explaining that it was a back job and it was their technician's error in replacing what he dismantled. In fact, I should be the one who should charge them for the trouble of not having ice for 2 weeks in the hot summer weather.

Desired outcome: Stop billing me $245.28, pay for damages and apologize for the trouble of not having ice for 2 weeks in the peak of hot summer.
