Exclusive Ambassadors Creche review: School Fees

My child is currently at Exclusive Ambassadors Creche for 2 years now. We normally pay the school fees by cash or cash deposit at the bank. There was no problem at the first year but from the biginning of this year, they started to send me bills for cash deposit fees or extra R20 must be paid for paying them cash!
This is ridiculous, why must I pay for someone elses back charges or extra R20 for handling their own cash, which was the reason they given to me! Alternatively they will increase my school fees ALONE.
I am not sure what is going on at this place. Business is both ways but we are forced to pay for other party's expenses or getting SPECIAL bills which is different from others.
