This person often use images randomly sought from the Internet, mostly baby images that she uses in baby website design. She then states she own's copyright to them which clearly she doesn't. I purchased an eBay auction template, as I wanted to use it for my Reborn Baby Auction listing and to my sheer horror once the auction was live I was contacted by the owner of the baby image and was told that I was using the image on the template illegally to which I had no idea as I purchased the template in good faith. Please be aware when purchasing templates, web design templates. Most reputable web designers WILL give credit back to the appropriate person of where the image/s came from. Clearly this person needs a lesson in HOW NOT TO break copyright laws. I was so appalled at her behaviour in misleading me and god knows how many other's, I didn't want any thing more to do with this so called professional designer.
The complaints board seemed the right way to let other's know of this person dishonesty and how she is misleading the innocent consumer.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If this is true the the person / person complaining about this company should link to proof . I see so many false accusations against people trying to make a business it makes me sick, I say false because the complainers never provide proof, as you know anyone can say bad comments about anyone, doesnt mean its true unless you provide the evidence. When I see such comments by Caroline and Marykay I tend to think these are people who write such comments publicly without showing evidence, then they must be haters, its jealousy, competitors maybe, try to eliminate the competition. So please if you make such statements publicly then please back them up as the lady said and provide the proof.
I can only agree with the contribution of caroline. This person uses illegal baby photos from the internet! without whose royalty for usage. they also steal designs from other reborn designers and embellished them. and is then called professional web designer?
I honestly don't know what your problem is, but its obvious your a coward and a liar, someone who uses a false name, and location to spread such slanderous crap across the web, and keep doing so is clearly not someone who is a disgruntled customer, if you were you would have no shame using your real name, and location which you are supposed to do so when using these sites, also if you were genuine you would also have also contacted me with such evidence by now, which you have not!
Anyone can spread crap on the web about others, but you need to back it up your words with hard evidence to prove what your saying is the truth, but wait, you cant can you?
You should know I buy my resources from photo stock sites, mainly Dreamstime, Fotolia, istockphoto, as well as some others, and can produce the licence number which is issued on purchase of the photos I use, so if any of my clients wish to prove whether the images I use are legit, they only need to contact me, and I can provide them with the link to the site where the image is at, and provide them with proof of purchase and licence number.
So you see my dear why your slanderous remarks are going unheard, its because they are just say so from one single person out of hundreds of the happy clients I have, and many repeat customers.
Maybe your a graphics artist yourself, and your someone who finds me competition, and that's your motive for spreading such crap.
Or maybe one of the small number of people who dislike me for me pulling them up for using my graphics without permission, or not giving me credit for my own work on templates, and websites where my graphics are used. If so, then you should be made aware that it is in my terms of use when anyone wishes to use my graphics, and its what all graphic designers require from those who use their designs. Who ever you are I will find out eventually, just hope you believe in the saying what goes around comes around.
I also know the person you are talking about and agree 100% with Iona! The woman you bought from is indeed reputable and honest and hardworking. She has been in the reborn and web design industry pretty much since it's inception. Why would she risk something like this! You need to be so much more careful of what you write about people and make sure to get your facts first! The person who contacted you could have indeed been someone with a personal vendetta against her. This person would not risk using an image without covering all her bases and making sure it was legal, she just isn't like that. You seriously need to consider removing this otherwise you could find yourself in very deep, veery hot water for slandering someone with so much goodwill and so many people willing to stand up for her!
This is very wrong how you have approached this problem.
It sounds to me your clearly someone who is in competition, or has a grump with Reborn designs.
I say this as you didn't state you bothered to contact the designer, so how do you know the person who contacted you was telling the truth if you didn't contact her (the designer) to get an explanation? If you were indeed bothered about this you would have first contacted her and asked for an explanation, or asked for a refund. The fact you didn't do either, and are spreading this slander across the web, more then likely without her knowledge, clearly shuts out to me that you have a personal vendetta that has nothing to do with your purchase. I say slating someone without proof is nothing more than slander. I will point this out to her as I am sure she has no idea you are doing this, I personally have been buying from this lady for years without a problem. I am sure she has grounds to sue you for slander. I know I would see you in court, because anything said that my effect ones business, that also has no evidence to back up such slanderous accusations is grounds for legal action .
