Everythingwigs.com review: Rip Off 13

Well, I ordered from this company on June 12th. I am waiting for my custom wig to be complete. The owner had called me the next day and wanted me to understand that I was certain I wanted a fine thin skin wig. I still want it and she went over my coloring choices and explained in great detail how it was done. I appreciated she took the time and effort to call me. I can't wait to see the finished product! I'm pretty sure I will be back to order more from her company!

The owner means well but please, please, please don't spend your money here. I could go into detail but suffice it to say that the wig was wrong in every way. Sorry but I just have to let people know.

I was thinking about ordering from this company, now after reading this I am so confused.

I said I would write a review when I received my wigs back. They arrived in the mail yesterday, and I am very happy with repairs on the first wig, and second order I placed appears to be wonderful as well.
They took a little while to get here but it looks like they were worth the wait.
A word on the professionalism of the owner, she was clearly hurt and offended that complaints were posted, but she handled it in such a professional way and displayed care and concern for my issues, despite her feelings. That is the reason I am here today, to publicly thank her for taking the time and making the effort to make sure I was happy with the outcome. She clearly stood behind her products and the manufacturing and made sure that it was done correctly.
I have sent a final note to the BBB to let them know as well, that I am satisfied, and happy with the resolution.

Just to let everyone no the everything wigs is the bomb she came today I have never felt so pretty in my life .this is who I will be doing Business with for the rest of my life I look so pretty I feel like a woman again I will be ordering more wigs from everything wigs they stand behind there work love the site the Malaysian hair is what's up live the so I would like to Apologize For the way I handle things

The owner got in touch with me and explained to me the reason for the hair matting swelling and why the wig is so dry and she is working with with me to correct that
Problem I was pleased with the out come I also seen some of the wig and I have to say they are gorgeous . And I would recommending my friend to everything they really do have some very nice wig they stand behind their work 👍👍👍👍

I first want to state that I apologize that your experience was not pleasant. The wig was made based on the measurements you provided. You sent a picture for us to replicate a wig for color and texture. We can make a similar wig but we do not guarantee it will be exact. Unless we know the exact color used and it is one of our color mixtures, we can only do our best to accommodate our customers. Sheryl in your case, we did not have actual colors numbers, we only had a picture to go by. We did the best we could. Although you had issues with the wig, you said you loved the hair quality, texture and hairline. In light of this, I gave you the option of a FULL and COMPLETE refund when you first received the wig and clearly expressed your concerns about the color, texture and silk top. You decided against this and choose to keep the wig. I even said to think about it for 3 days. Still, you decided to keep the wig. I did not force you to keep the wig. If you had buyers remorse after the fact, I am sorry. However, I ultimately want you to be happy. If you feel comfortable, contact me and I will work with you to get you a unit you will be pleased with.

This is what I got its not letting me up load the garbage wig

Not to mention the color was so wrong it green in the sun it is so small until the sides and the back was glued before i got home it was coming off I paid 150:00 to have it put on so that was a waste of money then I went some where else to have it reglued and before I got home something happen again and I brung all this to her attention she even seen it the more I think about it the more I get up set and mad hair is garbage I just saying I want my money back u don't treat your customers like this .This is what I ordered and this is what I got

My first lace wig the worst money I could have spent I don't recommend anyone order from them took all most 3 month to recive this raggedy wig she sent the wrong measurement wig is to small ask for silk top did not get that the hair feels like dog hair I really think she sent her measurements to her head in instead of mines I am so sick after paying all this money and got noting that I ask for so I will to make a formal complant I ask for my money back no luck with that when you in this line of work you are suppose to stand by your work especially when you are the one who screwed up I will never order from everything wigs again desater

I just wanted to leave a followup comment on Everything Wigs. I did as I said I would do and filed a complaint with the BBB and heard from the owner of the company the same day I filed the complaint. She has been so receptive to my concerns. I sent the defective wig to her so she could see what the problem was and she has assured me that it will be repaired. She was kind enough to offer a upgrade on the type of hair for my ordered wig, from Indian Remy hair to Virgin Remy hair, which is a significant upgrade. I am feeling very encouraged about the effort they have made to make this right and make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. I will be back to leave a final comment, once I have seen the repairs and the new wig, but for now I must say they have made a substantial effort and been very kind.

I fully agree...I too have had a very bad experience with the company. I would like to be the first to call BBB and report them. I had ordered from them and got the same thing, a dried up hunk of hair that is breaking off and falling out. VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!
