I submitted a purchase online with this company located in Corona, California. They charged my credit card immediately but I heard nothing from them. One week later, I inquired regarding the shipping date, to be told that the kitchen island that I had ordered was on back order and would not be shipped for over a month. I requested by email and telephone that mY order be cancelled and that the charge on my card be reversed. I was assured that would happen in 4 to 5 business days. It has now been 12 days, and still no credit has been received. I have tried to contact them by email, which they do not reply to, and by telephone. I was hung up on as soon as I said my name. When I returned the call, I was put immediatly on hold, without even talking to anyone. They, obvisouly, use caller I.D. to talk to only whom they wish to talk to. I can not believe this place is allowed to conduct business in this manner. I intend to continue to expose their illegal business practices to everyone I can. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! THEY WILL ABUSE IT!

I ordered from this website on the pretense that it had a great turnaround time. Not only was the item out of stock for two months, which i was not informed until a week after i placed the order, but i STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM THREE MONTHS LATER. The company is UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, unless you have 30 minutes to kill to wait on hold. They have changed my ship date three times- it has now been a week since they told me it has SHIPPED and i have still not received ANY confirmation, delivery date, or customer service of ANY KIND. I think i should add I'm an interior designer- i order furniture for a living. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM- This review is going to every major review site available online.

STAY AWAY FROM everything furniture ! Ordered a product on February 4. Was told to expect delivery in 1-2 weeks. We Waited more then 2 months and then called their offices. They dont pick up the phone for days and when they do they tell me its not going to ship until August. I canceled my order and they refused to refund my money. The owner got on the phone and told me that if I dont like it to shop somewhere else. HORRIBLE company.

I attempted to order a file cabinet on Everything Furnitures website. After trying twice to purchase the product the Everything Furniture website showed "unable to process order". I found the product elsewhere, ordered it and received it three days later.

Two weeks later a box from Everything Furniture appears on my doorstep. No order approval, no receipt, no information whatsoever was received by me either by email, mail or in the box. When I checked they had charged my credit card.

Upon calling Everything Furnitures customer service (not) number I was snidely told "you placed the order and if you want to return it will be liable for a 30% restocking fee and round trip shipping". I explained that their sytem had twice told me that the order was unable to be processed and was told that "there's nothing we can do".

Do not do business with these people! Bad ordering system and worst of all a very bad attitude toward customers.

We ordered a doll house from this company for Christmas and was told it was in stock and it had shipped. Christmas got closer and closer and we never got it. So we called the company and was then told (the day before Christmas) that they did not have it in stock and would not be getting it in stock for a while. They didn't even know when they would get it! I bought the dolls to go with this house and and now I am going to have a sad little girl on Christmas because the doll house she wanted Santa did not bring! So frustrating! Why would a company take our money and our order right before Christmas saying they have it in stock if they don't?! Very shady business practices. I cannot believe they would do this to people at Christmas time. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered furniture from every thing furniture on 11.11.2010 and cancelled the order in 20 hours after checking that it had not been shipped. I was told by Danielle that it will be no problem to cancel the order. I get a call at 12:05 on 11.12.2010 that the item has been shipped even though when I checked the tracking it mentions that the item has not been shipped.
I wished I had checked the Merchant as it seems like that they have had lots of complaints.

I am also an Everything Furniture victim. I ordered Homelegance end table 5553-04. I just wrote that number from memory. That's how long I've been dealing with this. I ordered table on June 8th. After checking in several times I was told table would be available 1st week of August. Still not available then. So I asked them to cancel order. I had found something very similar locally.

Much to my surprise I received the table yesterday 8/28. Now I am left with the problem of sending it back. I order a lot on line...all kinds of things and have never, ever had a problem. Everything Furniture had the best price on this item. Guess I am not going to save anything in the end.

Agree 100% with others. There are plenty of on-line furniture stores. Shop elsewhere!

I, too, am having all kinds of trouble with Everything Furniture. I ordered a kitchen island. I ordered it Dec. 14, one box--with the base--arrived on the 23rd. The top has never arrived.
I called Jan 4, was told it had been damaged in transit, they'd ship another. It never arrived. I called again on the 11th. I called again on the 18th. On the 18th, Danielle (who has exactly the same voice as the previous (rude) customer service person had, said she was sorry the previous person hadn't helped me. I had to box up the base and ship it back, then they would file a claim and see if I could get a new one. They weren't about to return my money.

I agree with the previous poster--NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I don't know if I'll ever get my money back, or a kitchen island, either. They did talk to me, unlike the previous poster. But they lied to me each time.
