Bought the TV and took extended warranty on it. The TV stopped working and I took the warranty down to Harvey Norman Store, where they told me to ring the Claims Hotline. I rang the Hotline only to be told that I had to organise getting the TV to another town. Then, we sent my brother in law down to talk to them to tell them that the arrangement was not good enough and the store should do more to assist us. The store manager said it was none of his business and my brother in law was escorted out of the shop. This TV belongs to my mother who is 86 and relies on the TV on a daily bases to get through her lonely days. I would hope that you can assist me on this matter, as this is not good enough. This is not what I call good customer service. We have bought most of our electrical products over the years from Harvey Norman. The invoice number 133266
