Never use this website and don't pay them via Western Union. I bought a guitar from them, but my account on website still shows that the payment hasn't been made. After they got your money they won't even answer you.

Dear Western Union,

I was on the verge of buying an in dash DVD player from these guys (Etai Ltd). They only accept Westen-Union money transfer. Thank God I came across this forum that wisened me up to this scam (www.scambook.com).

What gets me is that Western-Union are still accepting money for this address:

Fei Li
No, 68 renming Road
Nanyang, Henan 473000
China

Email, Support@retail-wholesale.com.
www.retail-wholesale.com

I have seen complaints dating back to the beginning of 2011. The scammed amounts over the past 2 years add up to many hundreds of thousands of dollars yet Western-Union continues to accept money to this address (The name changes but the address stays the same).

Surely you have a corporate responsibility to stop any more payments going to this address?! Please tell me a major international company such as yourself can offer some kind of proper buyer protection other than the usual "dont pay money to strangers" story on your "beware of fraud" website section?!

Its obvious this company is scamming people out of there hard earned money and its giving you, Western-Union, a terrible name. At best it makes you look incompetent to combat a proven fraudulent account, and at worst it smacks of greed on your behalf (well, we getting our commission so we dont really care what happens to your money attitude).

Come on guys you are better than this, put some of your obvious economic muscle into doing a better job of warning people what companies/ websites have been taking advantage of your good name. Put a list up on your website or something? Anything is better than reading through your prosaic warnings about Internet scamsters which clearly are not hitting the mark.

Best Regards

Byron
