estatesales.net dba White Glove Estate Sales is a front operation furthering fraudulent schemes on defrauding the elderly out of their estate property and assets.

My name is Michael Robertson and on October 2, 2021, private investigators uncovered an interstate fraudulent scheme in Arizona and Virginia, during an investigation of a pre-litigation for a civil case of fraud I am resolving.

The individual who has perpetrated this scheme targeting the elderly out of their assets is David Quinn, a career felon, with criminal convictions in the State of Arizona for fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and theft:

David Quinn has a long history of defrauding consumers and the elderly out of their property and assets with his dba, Quinn's Auction Galleries in the State of Virginia. Recently, this man defrauded a cognitively challenged senior citizen out of $25, 000, as exposed in this complaint with the Virginia Better Business Bureau:

On October 18, 2021, I contacted estatesales.net and alerted that website that they were advertising, and thus furthering, the several fraudulent schemes of David Quinn.b

On October 19, 2021, I received a call from a "Ms. Baker" which was bizarre, to say the least.

The called ID showed up as "White Glove Estate Sales" and the gibberish that came from that call was that of a professional telemarketing con artist.

Reports were made to the Arizona and Virginia Attorney Generals office, the FBI, FTC, AFT, IRS, and each state's elderly abuse departments.

On October 22,  estatesales.net was reported as aiding and abetting the furtherance of a known interstate fraudulent scheme targeting the elderly, to these several law enforcement agencies.

The caller ID from "Ms. Baker" from estatesales.net showed "White Glove Estate Sales" but on a Google search, the business is "closed."

My first inclination is that these two dba's were front operations for David Quinn's several schemes, and reviewing the Google reviews for this closed business, my suspicions were validated. Of the many negative and odd reviews, this review validated the fraudulent relationship David Quinn et al:

Cookie Lynn:   "I do believe this is a front for something else as I have mysterious texts not regarding anything about the sale. Very fishy and seriously thinking I should go to the police.I have documentation and saved texts from insults to lies. So many things not on the level with this company. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"

Further confirmation of this front for fraudulent schemes, the Yelp for the "closed" White Glove Estate Sales:

https://www.yelp.com/biz/white-glove-estate-sales-newport-beach-2

Closed? Not on my caller ID, and not as a front operation for estatesales.net

Furthermore, estatesales. net is advertising the following false, and fraudulent, brand information for David Quinn's schemes, in violation of the rules of the FTC:

[protected]  BONDED AND INSURED Elite member since Jul 17, 2021 - 3 years in business

David Quinn incorporated this enterprise on June 8, 2020, and not "3 years in business" as fraudulently advertised on estatesales.net:

https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_az/23093866

This scheme is headquartered in Surprise, Arizona, and not the retirement community of Sun City, Arizona, as advertised on estatesales.net

If David Quinn is the same individual with the long felonious record, and all evidence points to that he is that same individual, then he would be barred from being bonded and insured, as the estatesales.net site is advertising for this enterprise.

IF YOU ARE A VICTIM OF THESE VARIOUS FRAUDULENT SCHEMES OF ESTATESALES.NET, DAVID QUINN, ET AL, CONTACT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGE

Desired outcome: End furtherance of fraudulent schemes targeting the elderly on estatesales.net
