Please note this comment as I have not received these goods I will dispute this charge on my mastercard credit card? Please advise me right away your intentions on these item not being delivered after your company telling me that it was to late to cancel this order, this was told to me a few hours later when I was told that you could not stop shipment as it was passed the time limit.

You then tried to tell me that your return warranty had been extended for me? This is utter [censored] on your part, as this product was never shipped to me and the credit card charges should be refunded by your company asap.?

This must be done or I will instruct my mastercard credit card bank to refund my charges because of this major problem of deceit and false advertising and non delivery of this product?

You billed my credit card on april 2 /2020 for $329.75 and I have not received this product from your company? Why is that?

You told me that it was to late to cancel this order as it had already been passed to the shipping stage?

This utter garbage and it has to be a big scam and your taking advantage of your older customers?

Why are you charging the customers us dollars when its being shipped from canada, I do not think that this type of product can be shipped from the good old usa?

I want you to investigate my order and the dates that I have complained about it and the time frames involved in this complete screwup?

I need answers to my complaint.

I am sorry to tell you that I am not happy with your answer to my complaint?

I do not think that you have put in an effort to understand that your advertising is not truthful and your deceiving the public with this advertising and you billed me for this product at $329.75, this unbelievable and think this is a big ripoff and have not received this product even though your billing was dated 02/04/2020?

I strongly suggest that your company rethink my complaint out again and take the necessary corrective action?

Also your using these personalities to advertise like dickson and jim treliving and am wondering if they know what your doing, and that you are overcharging your customers by lots of dollars, maybe it needs people to complain on twitter about this subject of false advertising by cbd company?

Can you also please give me a breakdown on this $329.75 costs?

This is a very big scam from this company cbd they charged my credit card company for $329.75 which I have asked my credit card company to refund to me asap.

on April 9th i purchased $400 worth of cbd oil, i thought, the next day i sent an email to cancel the order, they said a week later that it was too late the order had ben processed. probably at least month later i received an email stating it had been shipped. The first week in September i reieved 4 pieces of a product Keto weight loss which i didn't even order and a receipt that said my order had been fulfilled.
i tried contacting this company at least 25 times with no response.
they said way back in April if i wasn't completely satisfied i could send it back.
how can you send something back if you have not received it for almost 7months.
i hope nobody deals with these people as i believe it is a scam

This is a large scam by these companies who use the free samples as a come on method, get your credit card numbers and bill you a ridiculous amount for this product and do not deliver ever.
In my case I tried to cancel the next day and was told it had already gone thru to the shipping stage, which was total [censored].
We need to get to these companies that do these scams, and the only way I think is thru the credit card companies who withhold the funds from them and if they complain then we go into more details about the scam, so far I have not received any word from the company since my credit card company refunded my money.
