11/23/2022: Rented car from Enterprise Rent-a-Car, 811 Main Street, Darby, PA 19023
12/05/2022: Crack was discovered in windshield of rented car. Called Enterprise to report it.
12/09/2022: Received letter from Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit (attached) stating that Enterprise would cover the damaged windshield and we would not be responsible for it.
12/15/2022: Enterprise (Darby, PA) charged my credit card $350.
Called them spoke with Travis Melcher and sent him the letter from Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit. He said he would have the charge reversed.
12/29/2022: Since the charge was not reversed yet, I contacted Matthew Bendyna at Enterprise in Darby. He claimed it was being held up in Accounting.
01/24/2023: Contacted Matthew Bendyna again, since there has been no reversal of the charge. He said there was no charge in their system, so I sent him a copy of the bank statement where it showed the charge.
Obviously, their system is not very good. I still have not received the $350 back. This company office cannot be trusted.
