I recieved an sms claiming that my cell number have won on the uk lottery, the name of the game which i won is english premier league award. My winning ticket No as John Westland and Paul MacAnthony told me is EPL-07k. I PHONED John on that uk no above and Paul MacAnthony they say is my local agent here in South Africa and i phoned him on +[protected]. I told them i dont believe that because i didnt enter any game but i did register sometime ago.

First warning seems to be the suspect e-mail addresses, surely they would have an email address to the UK Premier league? My mom also gave over her ID number and Mr Rogers, if that's who he really is, continued to harass her by requesting over and over again that she buy airtime until we screened his call. I agree we should all bring this information to the notification of the police.
This UK Premier League Award competition scam is still ongoing, so I discovered a few minutes ago. I received an sms from advising that I had won R960 000.00 through a random selection of cell numbers. I contacted the given name of the local agent "Billy Morgan" [protected] who incoherently asked if my phone was FICA'd or registered. He told me he would call me back on my cellphone as he needs to verify my cell number. I called him back a few minutes later to inform him that I had googled the information and that this was a scam. He insisted on me telling him who my company was, of which I dismissed the discussion and ended the phone call.
I have received a sms congratulating me on winning R960 000.00 in UK Premier League Award with Ref No. UKPL50319. For claims I had to call their local agent John Smith on [protected] or email ukpldtp@aol.com. I phoned that number from my work tel to find out how they got my cell number but he just said it was randomly selected. I told him i wanted the money to be deposited into my account and he said i shoud send him my bank details via sms. He also sounded so uneducated and unprofessional that u could tell it was a scam. I then told him I will give his details to the police and that he must stop sending me more sms's. I swore him and put the phone down.

it second time i get these Sm's first tym . they send men massage that says i won R300 00 from UK bt i didn't enter any competition and now on they send another one that says I'm winner of 96 000 00 in UK premier league award but now i didn't enter any competition they said call local agent Tom Cole on [protected] : email globamaxdpt@aol.com

i do agree with mrs angela because if you win a lottery you av 2 verify if it is true before you judge or decide, am a lottery winner before i past thru alot 2 get my money i almost gave up cause i think it was scam
