Encompass Sharetracking review: Contract cancelation with Encompass Sharetracking

Encompass Sharetracking has send a rep to my house to explain the package of trading on the stock exchange to me.

The package sounded acceptable to me with some doubts, and I decided to take a chance with the package that cost R35 000. I asked the rep numerous times if I could cancel anytime in the 1st year, which on every occasion assured me that it is possible.

He made me signed the contract at certain bullet poits, one of which state that I am not allowed to cancel within a year. I did not read this as I trusted his explanation that it is the point where I can cancel anytime of the year.

I sterted using the program and within a short time realized that I am just losing whatever I trade in. (This was on their simulation platform)

I then decided that I do not want to carry on with the package and decided to cancel.

Great was my suprise when I was told I cannot cancel within the 1st year, I wrote several mail to them explaining I was brought under the wrong impression but to no avail.

I am harassed by their inhouse financial company to make arrangements for payment, even though I am not using the package and never went on the live platform.

I would appreciate if the Encompass Sharetracking can be investigated for dishonest information to their customers and also for cancelation of my contract so that the financial harrasment will stop.
