Mr Marno Oosthuizen, came to my house on 07/10/2024 to advice about trading. He basically forced me and my husband to buy the program which we were not sure about and forced me to sign a contract before reading it. After installation, I found that the program does not work as expected. No trading could be done on it. Now I am told I must pay R399 monthly for their advice service (which is only messages on Telegram which I don't understand). According to the one technician that tried to give me more training was very rude and said it could take me anything from 1 to 4 years to actually start trading. The money that they load on your account (R10 000) according to him is fake money in order for you to first use the simulation platform.
I am going to stop the debit order at my bank.
Country of complaint: South Africa
Claimed loss: subscription agreement R 399.00. And second is with CT International, a finance house based in CT and who is a complete different entity from us for the amount of +/- R 1900.00 p/m.
Desired outcome: I want the CTI contract to be cancelled because I get no value for my money as promised I would, after installation.
