Empower Energy Solutions review: Awful service and a fraud

Empower solar contracted to do solar installation for my home on 25 September. As of 19 January, the project is still not completed. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails. I have called and sent emails to the project director and field manager. Neither will respond.

We’re excited to bring clean, reliable energy to your home. Our crew will arrive between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Your project has material that is part of the safe harbor program and will be delivered to your home December 2, 2025. We do require someone to be home for the delivery window of 7AM to 4 PM.
Here’s everything you need to know so installation day goes smoothly:
Before We Arrive
• Please make sure our team has clear access (about 10 feet) to the work areas.
• If you have pets, please keep them secured and away from the crew.
• If you have a tile roof, no worries — if any tiles crack during installation, we’ll replace them before your final inspection.
During the Installation
• There will be a few documents to sign at the start and end of your install.
• If you won’t be home, we’ll keep things moving and install exactly as designed.
• If your project includes a battery, it will be placed on the exterior of your home to meet code requirements.
After the Installation
To get your monitoring app connected, we’ll need your Wi-Fi name and password.
Prefer not to use Wi-Fi? We can set you up with a cellular access card instead. Just let us know.
A Heads-Up on Timing
Most installs wrap up right on schedule, but occasionally a project may need an extra day. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
