Empire / Luna review: Fraud 1

We recently had a representative from Luna in our home Robert Walowitz who sold us 950 sq feet of carpeting telling us how it was better than Home Depot, Empire and others. He took a 500.00 deposit. We later came to learn that Empire and Luna are the same company. Empire bought luna in 2012. We feel that the sales pitch was fraudulent in that he was selling against his own company. When I was called for confirmation the call came in from Empire. When I called back I was informed that the companies were the same. I cancelled the order.
