I has been contacted Adventist Hospital Penang emergency many times for ambulance arrangement 20th Jan, 2022 (Sunday Morning) and around 8:10am Doctor from GH has phone communication with Adventist for transfer my mum to Adventist and I has confirmed with Vanita from Help Center and requested Vanita to help me double confirm again with [censored] Supervisor from Emergency Center, and get feedback they will arrange ambulance to pick my mum. Around 9:07am I was received called from Adventist said that they will arrange ambulance and now ambulance already on the way to pick up my mum, and request me talk to GH's doctor for discharge in order to saved time and when ambulance arrive can direct pick up my mum in short time. But around 9:41am I called up again for the status of ambulance, they told me cannot locate ambulance and requested me to call myself for other ambulance service, and I told her why just now you told me on the way and asked me talk to GH's doctor to discharge my mum? she replied: yes, on the way to sending another patience then will pick up your mum, but now we can locate ambulance and you may try find another ambulance service, and if want us to arrange maybe after 12pm just able to get because you from BM not island, and after that she said you give me another 10 minutes and I will called you back. and after 15 minutes she called me told me that she able to get another ambulance and 30 minutes will arrived... (Terrible service from this private hospital)
