Hi my name is Dr Mohammad Ali Jafari based in Tehran Iran.On THU 15MAR 2012 I had a ticket from Tehran to New York via Dubai, Emerates official staff in Tehran did not provide me with the boardin pass of the second leg of the journey i.e from Dubai to New York, niether did the staff in Dubai, telling me that it was the mistake done by Tehran staff and could only give me a ticket for 24 hours later.I had booked a hotel room and a very important meeting in New York which I missed and naturally suffered a great loss.
Now I am willing to claim a compensation from Emerate Airlines who are responsible for my loss.
Please consider my complaint as soon as possible and keep me informed.

dear Mr Managercustomer care emirates airlinessubject: Left luggage bz of your irresponsible staff at Delhi airportDear sirWith reference to my ticket no. etkt [protected]-4i traveled from delhi to addis abeba on 24th sept 2014when i check-in at your counter, your counter boy asked me to carry my one packet that i wanted to send in cargo and compelled me to send my hand bag in cargo just bz of little bit more weighthe didnt cooperate me even after my disability reasoni asked him that i am professor under UNDP and frequent flyer but his body language was not up to the marki never expected from a boy belonging to a professional airline like yours " emirate"when i passed through security check the security people took that packet and ask me to call any airline person so that they can send it in cargo. the packet was having some material for my spiritual event. they recorded in their register but didnt give any receipti tried to contact the emirates person after security check but i didnt find anybody after two hours strugglei contacted to information center as well. the attendant at information center of the airport called your airlines but nobody picked the phonewhen i contacted at boarding gate your manager was not available and a person asked me to wait for manager. i didnt find your manager and immediately they rushed for boardingi contact your crew inside the aircraft jacklene in the flight no ek 723she listened me and promised me to solve the issuestill i didnt get any solution of the packet that i left at security counter no. 5 at delhi airportbefore that during my india visit in july your staff inside the aircraft couldnot provide me jain vegetarian meal but i didnt lodge complaint that was not serious for meyou are true professional airlines but the incident happened with me was not expectedi was humiliated like anythingi wish judicious decision for the packet to send to me and action against your personnel involved in the incidenti hope you take appropriate decision ASAP to avoid unnecessary information dissemination in cyber world.Being a Cyber professor i dont wish to fight with your airlines in my professional waythanking you and regardsdr durga prasad, professor
