I gotta say, Elite Rejuvenation is the real deal. I mean, Veronica and her crew are like wizards or something. They got all these treatments that make me look like I'm Benjamin Button-ing or whatever. And they do it all with a smile and a laugh, which is just the best.

And let me tell you, they don't break the bank either. I mean, I'm not exactly rolling in dough, but I can still afford to look good thanks to Elite Rejuvenation. They got all these deals and stuff that make it easy to keep coming back.

Honestly, I feel like a million bucks after I leave there. Like, I'm ready to take on the world and stuff. And people notice too! They're always like, "Wow, you look great! What's your secret?" And I'm just like, "Oh, just a little something called Elite Rejuvenation."

I have been a loyal client of Elite Rejuvenation for many years now. I have always been satisfied with the Botox treatments that Veronica provides. However, I was hesitant to try fillers with her because her appearance looks quite extreme with overfilled duck lips and a pillow face appearance.

During one of my visits, Veronica proceeded to gossip about my friend who had referred me to her. She flippantly said that she dropped my friend as a client because of boyfriend issues she was going through. I found this extremely unprofessional and was disappointed that she would talk about her clients in such a manner.

According to my friend, Veronica overfilled her and made her look unnatural. I did not partake in the gossip and was quite taken aback by the whole situation. When I tried to schedule an appointment with Veronica on several occasions, she never returned my phone calls. I have done nothing to this woman, never had an issue with her, and am highly insulted by her treatment of me and her lack of professionalism.

As someone who runs a small practice in a small community, Veronica should be heavily reliant on referrals and reputation. However, I find her treatment of her clients to be unstable and disturbing. Apparently, there are quite a few other ladies who have been treated similarly in the Palm Beach area.

I would advise anyone looking for an Injectionist to avoid Elite Rejuvenation. Veronica is unstable, ungrateful, and unprofessional. She also gossiped quite a bit about dermatologist Dr. Beer, with whom she had previously worked. I'm sure he would not be happy to know how she's smeared his reputation in town.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking for Botox or fillers to avoid Elite Rejuvenation. Your face may thank you for it in the long run.

This place is a total disaster! I had a terrible experience at Elite Rejuvenation, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Although Matt, the injector, is pretty good at what he does and has a nice way of talking to people, the customer service and honesty at this medspa are just terrible. Like many other people who have left negative reviews, I was quoted one price for a syringe and then charged a different price when it was time to pay. I was also told that I had up to 18 months to use the syringe, but when I showed up for my appointment three months and two weeks later, I was told that I had missed the 30-day window and would have to pay an additional $300 fee.

I tried to argue with the person who runs their Instagram account, and I even showed her written quotes from their office that said the purchase and usage of syringes would be honored. But she just kept arguing with me and accusing me of wanting something for free. I paid over $2,000 for nose filler in less than a year, and yet she still tried to make me pay more for something I had already paid for! All I wanted was the other half of the syringe that I had paid for, but they refused to give it to me unless I paid an additional fee.

It's clear that Elite Rejuvenation is just trying to scam people out of their money. They're being sued for back rent for $174,000, and their registered owner has been indicted on Healthcare Fraud by the Department of Justice for $46 million! It's no wonder they're so desperate to rip people off. If you're looking for a good medspa, do your research and stay far away from Elite Rejuvenation. There are plenty of other places that are honest, professional, and offer quality services.
