element14 review: 4th grade H.R practices. cheating, harassment. 2

We are writing you this mail in reference to the above subject.  we are a leading executive search firm. based out in Bangalore, executed our services in the year 2012, and had successfully completed a small project and have earned a decent figure from element14 initially. We were in touch with Ms.Prathima initially. 

A new joinee Kavita Jain joined element14 and started to dominate everybody and tried to act smart and tried to play fool with us, cancelling almost all genuine placement consultants and vendors...

Just because prathima referred us and raised her voice against the injustice happened to us, kavita jain - who is the so called 4th graded H.R insulted us after a period of time and advised us to stop sourcing without giving a valid notice or proper reason. She may have 100 personal or professional issues with prathima, but she cant play fool with vendors time, money and effort. We have written multiple mails to her seniors, Louise Perry and Ravi... but even they are the so called Sr. Managers and H.R who have deaf ears! With the same 4th graded attitude.

Initially when prathima opposed her unprofessional behaviour, Kavita Jain, had come forward to continue business relationship fearing complaince.  She came forward to give business and advised to source candidates for the position of Tele sales, customer support, and H.R generalist verbally.  (though we requested her to send the requirement /JD by mail.) We had processed candidates as per her requisite(s).  Without even screening the profiles, she has rejected all the profiles. Hence we requested her to justify her comments for rejecting all the profiles, though most of the candidates fulfilled your criteria!  Now that, she has advised to stop sourcing!  We put our sweat n blood, harden efforts, time and money, months together to source and fulfill requirement. Shouldn't we even ask for a feed back or to justify their deeds, for blindly rejecting all the profile and ask to stop sourcing? Who will pay for our efforts?

We accepted your behaviour.  But it doesn't mean you will insult every time and waste our harden efforts and precious time. Ms. Kavitha is trying to show her H.R power or probably trying to dominate me, though we don't have any personal issue with her... As we are matured and professionals.

We need suitable explanation, and a compensation for wasting our time, harassing us, insulting and ignoring our team effort.
