This store lists products they don’t have (see photo below). Those unavailable products appear as available when one does a Google search. Is this evidence of poor management, or a bait-and-switch practice?
I called and spoke with Ja last week (1/9/24) and she said she would have the website updated immediately. I just checked, and there has been no update.
After my conversation I received a follow-up email from Ja’s colleague, who suggested an alternate product. Bait and switch, poor management and a lack of respect for the consumer.

Desired outcome: Keep website updated.Apologize to customer when you’re in the wrong.
