bought rice elba and i cook rice once on my second use there was no light.i saw a big hole at the bottom of the rice cooker and i took it back to courts mammoth in seremban where i purchase the product and i ask them about warranty they told me without a receipt nothing can be done.

I bought elba rice cooker last november. when I on the switch, the red light button on the left does not appear when i press it. I bought it from a shop in Kuala Lumpur. They are reluctuant to change it for me. They say once sold cannot take back. Paid RM 100/- and not sure what to do. thank you.
