I placed an order from this online store on July 7th. I was told that i will receive the merchandise in 3-5 business days. It's now 12 days later and all i received is an email apologizing for the delay. Still, they haven't given me a tracking order to prove that my order has been shipped. Unfortunately, my credit card has been charged already. I sent them an e-mail saying that i want to cancel my order and want my money back. I am not sure if this store is real or not!

I order from this company on December 11, On their website they state that they process the order in 1 to 3 business days and then it is shipped. I haven't received even a tracking number yet.

I have sent numerous emails begging them to inform me of the status of my order and to please inform me if I can receive this order by Christmas- if not I need to purchase somewhere else as the order is for Christmas gifts.

You would think that someone would have a little sympathy.

First of all I was supposed to receive my bag in 3-5 days, it came weeks later on Christmas and the free cosmetique pouch was not with it. I've E-mailed them several times. After probably the 8th time they apologized and said that they would send it out. It has been over a week and nothing. Another thing is that on their website their free cosmetique pouch says for one day only, yet it's still being advertised! When I just tried to track down my order on their website it won't come up! I'm glad I didn't lose any money to these scam artists.

I ordered the LV bag on Aug.26,2006. After reading the complete ad, I realised the bag was a fake. I e-mailed them immediately that I did not want the bag and to cancel it. They shipped it. When the shipper came with the bag, I refused shipment, and sent it back. They then proceeded to charge my credit card. I expect a full refund.

I canceled a handbag purchase on September 19th 2006. After weeks of inquiring about my refund they wrote me and said that they had already reimbursed me for the 244.22. Which a month later is still not showing on my bank statement. They will not even respond back to my emails concerning this matter. Don't make the same mistake I made. This company is a bunch of criminals.

I placed an order on their website. Never received merchandise. Then, tried to search for their phone number and couldn't find one. Replied to their e-mails but never got a response. Basically, they're stealing money and identity. The charge did show on my credit card bill though!

I ordered over 400 dollars worth of merchandise and my credit card was charged. It has been two weeks and three emails later and I have gotten no response, no tracking number and no merchandise.

Okay, I agreed with you until you made the stupid comment of "That's a lot of money to someone who HAS TWO CHILDREN TO TAKE CARE OF".
Well, idiot, if you had the funds to drop on some purse instead of your kids than you have the money to just lose. Your purse needs came before your children and now you're trying to use them as an excuse that you deserve the money back asap.

What none of you ladies understand is that you are buying fake, sweatshop labor bags from China that are made by 7 year olds in a factory for a dollar a day. Your purchases and your desire to look cool, or rich, or whatever, is simply telling the world that this child labor is ok. And guess what, if it is not made by a child in china, its made by one in Afghanistan where the other 10% of fakes are made. I know this because I personally used to work for the company. LV doesn't need your money, LVMH (the parent company) is the largest and most powerful luxury company on Earth, and they will even tell you not to buy their bags if it means purchasing a fake. Quit contributing to these websites and this market ladies. You will look and feel better for it.

Dealing with a designer handbag replica sites is risky business, and would-be buyers must realize that identity theft may result from these "black market" transactions. It would be better to save for a genuine Louis Vuitton handbag. On the other hand, if it is any consolation — or warning to the wise — I have now gone through FOUR genuine Louis Vuitton speedy handbags that were all "defective disasters" for one reason or another. The latest speedy 25 came with a speedy "30" model number printed under the leather tab! Nobody would believe that my speedy were real if they saw it on eBay with a "30" model number and a "25" size/receipt — but that's how my REAL LV handbag from an authorized boutique left the factory! In fairness, the fellow I am dealing with now won't hassle me about doing yet another exchange — but that's because I finally gave up on the boutique that sold us the first three duds and went to another in hopes of a clean start (which seemed promising until I got home and realized that the wrong model number was printed on the bag, which to most people would scream FAKE!).

The seemingly scripted excuse the average LV sales associates likes to give for what would appear to be poor quality control? Louis Vuitton handbags are "handmade". Excuse me? For handbag prices starting at roughly $600, a genuine Louis Vuitton bag should NOT look like one of those seven-star knockoffs — yet the authentic bags I received from the boutique either have lopsided tabs, won't sit upright without rolling to the side, have wonky stitching that eclipses the leather piping (trim) on the corners, have scuff marks because employees allow customers to abuse them before passing them off to another unsuspecting buyer, have brass handle "rings" that are rubbing the dyed red leather edges bare because the factory worker started with a overly short length of leather that wouldn't permit proper handle clearance/movement, etc., etc., etc.

All this might sound like the rantings of a "perfectionist". Nope. These are the observations from someone who has dreamed of owning a genuine Louis Vuitton for over 20 years. You don't go from lovestruck to angry unless the problems with the service or the merchandise are all too REAL. In addition, I spent five years during my college years running a shop that sold and repaired handbags — so I have a professional eye for defects and repairs-in-waiting rather than a uneducated, nit picky approach to evaluating leather goods. I'm also falling back on my middle class roots wherein I never experienced even 1/10th of these problems with average department store fare. As such, there are NO excuses for Louis Vuitton, and no blame on my part for merely noticing problems before they became costly repairs (replacing the handles on a broken or vintage handbag, for example, is approximately $230 and may only be done through an authorized LV repair service).

What is the best a Louis Vuitton boutique manager can do? Courier a "sight unseen replacement" (no unseen merchandise after what we've received so far, thank you very much), OR issue a verbal apology. There was offer or apparent managerial latitude on boutique management's part to pay the sales tax in exchange for this extenuating trouble. No "VIP gift". No Starbucks gift card in compensation for spending EIGHT HOURS and counting on the road to and from the boutique. No complimentary LV pen or stationary. Nada. Nothing. By overcharging relative to quality and underperforming in terms of customer service, LVMH successfully rakes in billions of dollars a year — enough to sue everyone from Wal-Mart to Google to eBay for allowing counterfeit handbags to get through the cracks. (Now I understand WHY people might be tempted to buy a fake LV even if they can afford the real deal; still, I wouldn't recommend it.)

If you feel as if the fakers will burn you, try shopping for the genuine designer article! My advice at this time and based upon my own honest-to-God personal experience is to NOT buy any US-made speedy handbags as a gift for a loved one — none of which are made in France as I understand — UNLESS, that is, you don't mind the possibility that others will take one look at the "irregular" speedy that you shelled out $600+ for and conclude it is nothing but a knockoff.

Isn't it ironic that this Website will allow people to complain about the scam artists and even the credit card companies, but NO Website that I know of, not even ePinions.com, will permit designer goods owners to review genuine handbags, among other luxury products and services? Only mass-market consumer goods may be reviewed on most "review" sites, whereas luxury goods are intentionally withheld from the limelight — and from the reality check that has become my sorry experience.

I purchased LV bags and it was FAKE I decided to returned the items. I did not get my refund. I dispute the transaction from my credit card and the bank and get nothing because the charges was coming from close source. I been shopping in the internet for a long time this is the first time I run into a scam. Please be careful where to shop online because the credit card company can only do so much and everything will be charged to you.

Avoid LV BAGS PLUS like you would the plaque. They take your money, don't send what you ordered and there is no way to contact them for a refund.

I purchased what was supposed to be a AAA mirror image Louis Vuitton Speedy 30 monogram guaranteed to be an exact 100% copy in canvas with leather trim, all the proper markings, on continuous piece of canvas with upside down LV's on one side, canvas interior with correct markings and serial numbers and locks and keys.

The bag is not a speedy 30, it's three separate pieces of vinyl in 25 cm size. It has no leather trim or handles, no canvas interior, rather faux suede interior with no serial numbers. No locks, no keys, no outer serial numbers or correct markings. Plus it has 4 metal feet on the bottom which is a separate piece of LV vinyl.

The quality is so poor, it looks fake. The style does not even exist in Louis Vuiiton. I received no tracking number or receipt in the box and no return address. LV BAGS PLUS can only be reached by an 800 phone operator and the operator told me the number is for a bunch of on line sites. The operators have been trying for 6 months to reach LV BAGS PLUS and get no response to their e-mails.

You can only reach LV BAGS through e-mail and they have never responded to me in the six months I've been asking for a refund they guarantee to dissatisfied customers. They are a fraud site. They took $95 dollars from me and sent me something I never ordered.

I have been in dispute for months and the credit card company is getting nowhere. Now I have to photograph the bag and send that photo with the bag on LV's site that I was supposed to receive in order for me to prove to the credit card company I did not get a speedy 30 in AAA grade. And even then, the credit card company can't guarantee I will get my money from LV BAGS PLUS.

This is fraud. Unfair fraud. This is a phony site taking money from people's cards and getting rich off customers.

If anyone reading this knows of an address to LV BAGS, please let me know so I can give it to my bank.

I ordered a LV purse from this company and received a VERY, VERY bad knock-off. It took over six weeks to receive the order and I cancelled according to their directions. Never heard from them and was not able to send merchandise back (I could not read the shipping label, as it was in Chinese). After numerous attempts I finally contacted my credit card company. This took me another eight weeks, but at least I got my 200+ dollars back. I saw the exact same VERY,VERY bad knock off in Mexico not a week later for under 20 dollars!

Ok first off I have ordered many things from ehandbagz.com. And never have had an issue, except x mas 05. Just took a bit longer to get to me. Other than that, their bags are of the upmost quality. I must say that if you read these above complaints, most of these people, either cannot type properly, or cannot speak and and write proper english. One comment states, "and have not yet deliver my handbag." Ok something is odd about that, right. I think that these negative comments are coming from competitors. I approve of ehandbagz.com

I had the same problem and wanted to ship my purchase back but i can't find a return address. They finally answered my complaints after 5 or8 tries, they promised to resolve it on several occasions but they lied and are still lying. These people don't appear to be very honest, at least that's my opinion from my experience with them. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them for a purchase. I think the bags are knockoffs.

This was my second order from ehandbagz.com. My first order came promptly. After careful inspection it was the exact same bag to the tea as the item at the Louis Vuitton Store. Almost two years later I placed another order and did experience some of the issues listed above. Such as a tracking number that was not valid. I became afraid that I was not going to receive my bag and to my surprise it did show up on a Saturday. Again I am completely satisfied with this bag. Since my purchase over a week or so, I have tried to access the website and it appears to have been shut down. I am a little disappointed due to both of my bags appear to be authentic.

I hate to agree, but I have been scam as well. I have spent over thousand dollars with this company in 2005, and close to that amount in 2006. This is the first time I ever had a problem with this company. Like everybody else, they charge my credit card back November of 2006 and have not yet deliver my handbag. I have sent them six emails with no REPLY!

I placed an order with this website and have been billed for merchandise which still has not arrived. There is no phone number available and the website insists I "log in". The log in page does not work. My credit charge has already been charged so I'm realizing that what seemed too good to be true was too good to be true. I hope all others who have been scammed by this website post complaints so that we can prevent other people from being taken advantage of by what is a true scam. Hopefully with enough complaints their website will be pulled due to fraud.

I ordered a purse, the tracking number provided via email confirmation was not valid. The webpage keep showing log in page and I signed in several times it wont accept it. I emailed them for the password - no reply received. Tried 411- to get phone number - no phone number listed. No company listed on the address given on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I just want to make sure that more people will trust their instincts. I should have known that eHandbagz Louis Vuitton prices were too good to be true. I truly feel like the world's biggest idiot for ordering from this website. My credit card has been charged. I have received no merchandise. The website is no longer allowing you to "order." I just get a page with a "login" screen and that's it! When I log in, it goes to my personal information. Nowhere is there a contact number for eHandbagz. Do not order from them!

Ok. Check this out. I get the wallet, finally like weeks later. I look at it and I keep wondering why they had a shipping invoice with a declared value of only $10. Also, the description says: PVC gift wallet. I'm like, hmmm...maybe that's just a generic invoice printed out on all their shipments. Turns out that the wallet is definitely fake and not genuine leather. Also, I was led to believe that this wallet was indeed authentic. I later find buried in their website that the products they sell are intended to LOOK like the real Louis Vuitton wallets and if you are an employee, relative, etc. of Louis Vuitton then you are prohibited from viewing this website by a Website Privacy Act signed by Bill Clinton...what?!? Not sure what all that is about but I do know that I was criminally misled and misadvertised. I have since then filed a fraud claim with my C.C. company. NOTE: you have to read the fine print. They are eliminating all their liability by posting this trash pages deep in their website with no intent of you finding and reading it!

Ehandbagz is def. a scam. After placing an order I immediately received an email advising me that the item was shipped which is impossible as I placed the order on a Sunday evening. My credit card was charged and no tracking number was ever received. I called the credit card company and advised them to stop payment and they are doing a full investigation as it was a bank card connected to my checking account.

I have learned the hard way...if it looks too good to be true, then it is!

Yes I can vouch for the lvbagsplus.com, they gave me a fedex tracking # but it's not pulling up on the fedex website. lvbagsplus.com and ehandbagz.com are the same website layout exactly. Buyers beware! I wish I had found this website BEFORE I purchased the wallet. Has anyone here had any luck yet getting any refund/product from them?
