I placed an order with eeshops October 10, 2010 and sent $323 for a variety of items off their web site. After 6 weeks the shipment arrives and nothing I ordered is there. They get me to send the wrong stuff back and promise to send the right order out. Another month passes and still nothing has been delivered. I contact customer support for a tracking number and they supply one that is dated that day, the shipment does not show up at the China post office till a week later. When this shipment arrives at my home, EESHOPS have sent an incomplete order with 2 items completely absent and the others shorted. EESHOPS has not bothered to check the quantity of each item ordered and sent a single unit no matter how many I had ordered. The amount of merchandise missing is $287 out of the $323 that was sent to EESHOPS on October 10, 2010. They even sent the wrong lens on the second shipment and so I had to send more goods back to China. It is now March 3, 2011, seven months later and they are keeping my money. They have stopped communicating and have no intention of giving a refund, which was promised. Nor do they intend to offer a credit for the missing merchandise, which they admit was not sent out. I am left with no recourse as they asked that the payment be sent as a personal payment via paypal in order to give me a better shipping rate. Because I did not send the money as "payment for goods", there is nothing paypal can do to get my payment back for items not received. These guys are thieves and will rip off everybody eventually. The word is getting out and there are more stories like this appearing almost daily on the web. They are nothing short of a black eye to every other business in China trying to shake that countries reputation for this type of experience. You know, where they take your money and send you nothing but grief. Customer service is something of a misnomer with this company. The staff of Angel, Chloe and Wendy will reply in half broken English, promising to make the situation right, but in the end doing absolutely nothing that was promised nor expected from a reputable company. This second rate flim flam artist will continue to scam unsuspecting web browsers looking for a supplier and good deal but instead get ripped off by these thieves. Only by word of mouth on the internet can we shut down these types of businesses. Beware the trap that is EESHOPS and run fast and run far from this one. They have no honor, no integrity and will continue to abuse us honest folk. Under what sun does taking money for nothing allow a business to continue? Warning to all, stay away from EESHOPS, at least if you burn your money you can get some heat. Sent it to EESHOPS and you will get buggered by the ###

i did order a dvd/cd for mi pc and never get it or hear from them they just stole my money

Like the other people who are reviewing this site, I too purchased items from them and have not received them. In November I purchased a DVD box set. It is now April and no box set yet. They gave me fake tracking numbers and numerous excuses why I had not received the DVDs yet. Seems like the box was returned to them as "unmailable" because their postal system was too back logged. So they tried to send it again and guess it got lost in the mail. They keep telling me to be patient, but luckily I was protected via PayPal, and was refunded my total amount back from PayPal.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT purchase from this company. I can't stress it enough. They will take your money and rip you off. I was lucky and got my full refund, but others have not.
