E"E Creative Design Sdn. Bhd review: Failure to deliver on promises, rude behavior and 2

Customer service was really poor. We were in contact with a woman named Ms. Lim who was supposed to be in charge of getting our furniture delivered and she constantly delayed the delivery time and date. She cancelled on agreed on or promised delivery times on several occasions. One of the excuses given was that it would cost them extra money to deliver our furniture alone and so they wanted to wait until there was furniture to deliver to other customers as well, so they could save costs by delivering furniture to several customers on one day. This may be acceptable if they had informed us earlier and we had agreed on it, but we were not informed and this information came after they delayed the initial delivery date agreed upon. On top of that, Ms. Lim sometimes ignored our calls whenever the approximate date which she said the furniture would arrive passed and the furniture did not arrive. Therefore, on top delaying the delivery times on several occasions, they sometimes ignored us for short periods of time when they failed to deliver on their promises. The furniture finally arrived weeks later than the original date that we were promised it would arrive on. On the day the furniture finally showed up, the delivery guys showed up 2 hours later than expected. Unfortunately, to add on to the bad service, a number of the designs on the furniture delivered were not what was shown in the showroom and we were not informed that some of the furniture would look different from what was on display. To add on all of this, the mattress for some reason, did not show up with the rest of the furniture on the day the rest of the furniture was delivered, because they apparently forgot about it. Then, when we asked for the side tables in the bedroom to be replaced because the design was not the same as requested, we were told that we had to return the tables immediately and wait for at least another 3 weeks to receive the new ones. All Ms. Lim had to say throughout this whole fiasco was that they were sorry for inconvenience and that they were apparently trying their best. When we finally decide to put our foot down, and demand for what we wanted, Ms. Lim accused us of being impatient and making too much "noise". In conclusion, despite the nice furniture, based on our experiences, the business is run extremely poorly and they obviously have no respect nor consideration for the time and convenience of their customers. They appear to care more about their own convenience and making as large a profit as possible. All of this happened this month, June 2016 and although we have already paid in full for the services and products, we would like some amount of refund or compensation in the form of complimentary items for all of the inconvenience that they have caused and for the poor handling of the entire situation.
