I received an item that was damaged. When I saw the damage to box and the item of furniture I tried calling but company was closed. I then proceeded to take photos of the damage and send immediately to the customer service email listed.

Someone replied the next day regarding possible resolutions. I called 48 hours later as I had no response. When I called to speak with someone and sent the photos in of the holes in the furniture piece, on comment was the hole is not that big that shouldn't be an issue. One, it is not you $800 and two, it doesn't matter how big small number etc of holes I purchased a product, that product is defective, and something needs to occur.

I then went another 72 hours and reached out and kept being told a resolution would be sent. They offer $50 off and/or replacement parts to redo the chair myself. At this time I do not trust this company to replace the parts, no if issue occurs they warrant those parts, and how customer service has already treated me.

I requested to speak with manager, I was told that would erase my other "ticket" and it would take 24-48 hours for them to call back. My issue has been going on over a week. I then stated I need a return label, do not like how business is done, and I was told I would have to pay for shipping for a product that arrived damaged. I've attempted several more times to resolve the problem and have received nothing back. I am not disputing the purchase with my bank.

Desired outcome: Provide free shipping label and refund.
