Such a waste of time. I even restored a database from a backup and same issues. Do not purchase this.

The software is pretty good, but I gotta say, I bought this personal license thing for two PCs, you know, a lifetime license and all that jazz. But then, I switched my PC and thought, "Hey, let's install the software again!" Guess what? It straight up told me I hit the PC limit. Like, seriously? So, I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, asking them to remove the old PC from their database. And you know what they said? They said it ain't possible and I gotta fork out more cash for another license. Can you believe it? This so-called "lifetime" license ain't really a lifetime at all. They're just playing games with us customers, thinking we're a bunch of dummies or something.

The edbmails didn't read the data so they did it by hand. The best service by far! I would recommend their product to everyone that needs help with exchange data recovery and also migration to online exchange.
