The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have had problems with this web designer from the get-go. I had voice overs and paid for one but didn't like it so I paid for another I selected and it was never put on and my 100.00 was never credited. You can never get anyone to call you back and trying to submit a ticket takes an engineering degree in nonsense. I have had nothing but frustration and am wondering if might be easier to take my entire website to another domain or if that is more of a hassle. I also paid for Google Ad Sense and many other "marketing" strategies they said would increase the sales of my book and NADA... I am definitely looking elsewhere. No communication...no customer support ...nothing but headaches...

I know I'm a bit late to your comment, but I appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize for your experience with the previous owner. This type of situation is a perfect example of why my boss, Douglas Mannella, and myself wanted to take over the reigns of Ebizsitedesigns.com. We understand there are a lot of very creative and skilled web developers out there, which is why customer service is right at the top of our priority list. We know we create great looking, functional sites, but want to separate ourselves through your satisfaction.
