Eastrain Group review: products not received after payment 1

We gave the purchase order for CISCO material to one of the chinese supplier " Eastrain Group Ltd". We made the full payment via wire transfer. After following up daily means after 2 weeks he send us wrong products to our Saudi office. Now daily he is telling one sentence "I will share you tracking number, give me sometime we will resolve your issue". But no positive response. He his a big scammer. If this fraud company are in china then how can we do business with chinese supplier, how can we trust them. I request you please resolve my issue. Please try to get our money back.
