They (David O’Neal or any of his known associates, DBAs, or other scam companies) still have my 2012 BMW 335i Space Grey Hard Top convertible with last 4 digits of the VIN being 5329. They made a payment to ward off repossession over the summer. That being said, as of today, December 28, 2016 they owe October 28, November 28, and now December 28 payments. I wrote formal complaints to both the Attorney Generals of the State of Minnesota and Colorado earlier this month. The Attorney General of the State of Minnesota's office has sent Randy Davis the CEO of EASI Rides (whom I believe is not an actual person) and of which David O’Neal is the COO (perhaps David O’Neal is both people) two letters regarding my formal complaint. I hired an attorney prior to contacting the Attorney Generals, to whom, surprise, surprise, they did not respond. They still haven't responded to the Attorney General’s Office of Minnesota, as I just spoke with them this afternoon. And of course, have not made a payment. The only course of action to really resolve anything at this point is to voluntarily surrender my vehicle to BMW Financing, which I did, in writing on December 21, 2016. Please see attached pictures of my vehicle. If you see this vehicle, it is now considered stolen. Last known whereabouts were Colorado Springs, Colorado and prior to that Cenntenial, Colorado. Now I am waiting for confirmation from BMW Financing that they have repossessed my vehicle. Once BMW Financing has the car, it will be auctioned off and I will be stuck with the balance of my loan. Depending on the condition of my vehicle, that could be up to $25, 000 plus any fees. After I receive that bill, I will start the lawsuit. Another company associated with David O’Neal is Auto Management Inc. (AMI) located at 7035 Campus Drive in Colorado Springs, CO is the same people. Same scam. www.automanagement.com. The websites of both www.automanagement.com and www.easirides.com feature the same web layout and horrible user interface displaying similar, if not identical vehicles that are available or were available.
If you see something, say something!

Is the class action lawsuit still ongoing? I was also a victim of Easirides involving a 2015 BMW 335xi they failed to make payments on, that was repossessed, and BMW is coming after me now for $19, 000.

If it is, please email or call me

We have retained Darrell to represent us and his also representing the people who were wronged for purchasing Kia.
David O'Neal prayed on the poor and down and out people who needed to get out from their loans. I warned him and now Sh*** has hit the FAN! Dude is going to have his [censor] handed to him. Over a course of 5 years, he has changed his number several times, would not answer phone calls. Once I did find a new number for him he would never reply or follow through with anything properly. The contract which is legal and binding was never fallowed and totally disregarded. I warned him. Now we are following through with our promise of a lawsuit!
We sold a 2012 Kia Forte coop it was silver in color and in Mint condition.
