Earth Connection Portugal is run by two people, one of them is named Johannes Maasland, who is also a partner of the Sanctuary 1860 B & B Retreat in Oliveira do Hospital, which is also a newly established Ayahuasca retreat centre.
Johannes Maasland is complained about for criminal harassment of a witness in a criminal trial (who he threatened to kill whilst drunk) and for malicious defamation, implying that a Spiritual Master was mentally ill.
The karma of his behaviour was family ruin and a damages bill for 100, 000 euros as well as the permanent closure of Earth Connection Portugal, and the impending closure of the Sanctuary 1860 Ayahuasca Retreat Centre.
The claims for criminal harassment, malicious defamation and death threats, as well as fees for spiritual consultation elicited by the conduct, include damages for:-
For Damages in relation to Death Threats / Threats of Violence made by Johannes Maasland (whilst drunk on his Ayahuasca/Daime dieta) on Jan 23rd 2017 - documented associate/retreat leader of Earth Connection Portugal and the Sanctuary 1860 Ayahuasca Retreat Portugal.
Damages for being accused of being a police informant and for being threatened with being killed, put in a hospital or a wheelchair- in relation to an illegal cannabis growing operation (14 kilos + LSD) discovered by the Portugal GNR on Nov 10th 2016 at ECP.
Costs and Expenses in relation to personal security, including ongoing self-defence training by skilled professionals, providing tuition in how to defend against deadly knife attacks and similar.
Costs and expenses in relation to the necessary purchase and training of a suitable guard dog, including veterinary expenses, pedigree quality food as well as other items necessary for the maintenance and training of a guard dog, to deter and repel violent attacks by those with malevolent intentions.
Costs of going on retreat at times when Johannes Maasland is ‘left home alone’ by Daniela Markert of Earth Connection Portugal to reduce the risk of further violent intentions.
Costs and expenses in relation to repelling the death energies of Johannes Maasland, brought to the awareness of Spiritual Master [protected] in the astral. Damages for putting up with several weeks of lower astral disturbances including nightmares and sleep disturbances, most notably around the occurrences of Ayahuasca/Daime works on dark moons.
Relocation expenses in relation to moving to a suitable new location, to be safe from the associates of Johannes Maasland, who in his words ‘has the power to kill people’.
Costs and expenses in relation to purifying psychic sickness, caused by the actions of Daniela Markert in September/October 2016, by deciding that a Spiritual Master was going to ‘help her family ascend’ against his explicit wishes. Includes the cost of several thousand euros worth of high quality immune system supplements to stave off near-death experiences and to cure degrading psychic infections caused by violations of the astral body of a Spiritual Master.
Includes an element for several thousand euros worth of Katukina Shamanic Snuff, designed to dispel such energies, used between October 2016 and February 2017.
Lessons in Ethics and Moral Responsibility in regard to the safety of others attending their Ayahuasca Retreat operations, including lessons in why those who threaten to kill people or condone/support such behaviour, or flout the laws of the land, or have problems with alcohol and violence issues - render themselves unsuited in such work (including the production and distribution of Ayahuasca/Santo Daime tea).
Lessons in Respect for Awareness and Energy in spiritual matters, including in Ayahuasca tea works and other similar settings, as well as lessons in respect for the awareness, energy and work of a Spiritual Master.
Includes an element for speaking fees in a Portuguese Court (Tribunal) to testify about death threats made by associates of the defendants, and thus breaking a lifelong noble silence to focus awareness on matters of immorality, disrespect of life and offences against the sanctity of Source and its Emissaries, and to ensure that those who threaten to kill people receive proper punishment and sanctions as per the provisions of the law.
Fees for six months of the energy, life and time of a Spiritual Master sifting through heavy duty familial karma of the Markert, Akat, and Maasland families (karma planted there by the invocations of Daniela Markert against the wishes of the Spiritual Master) and reflecting back necessary lessons.
Compensation for losses of private client income due to the necessity of placing large amounts of awareness dispelling the karma of the aforementioned families against the explicit wishes of a Spiritual Master, and ensuring that they take full responsibility, and take the karma of degradation back that is theirs to own, work with and purify in themselves.
Fees for lessons given to Sanctuary 1860, namely in why those who partner up with people with alcohol and violence issues, who disrespect police bail and threaten to kill Emissaries of Source - and who face criminal charges - are not successful longer term, experience PR disaster and make heavy losses.
Costs and expenses in giving a public lesson in this matter to those who have declined to apologize in private (who also had a 14 day grace period to sober up/apologize before the police were involved for the death threats and during which no apology was ever received).
Includes damages for online harassment and malicious defamation carried out by Johannes Maasland, whilst left home alone by Daniela - and the costs of cleaning up the web of such abuse, prior to the gifting of my earlier works and discourses to the human race.
Purifying the offence of threatening to harm or kill a Spiritual Master and/or condoning and supporting such behaviour by doing business with those who make threats to kill.
The police were contacted about the criminal harassment, which occurred during police bail (pending a criminal trial for death threats AND for the seizure of 14 kilos of cannabis).
Sanctuary 1860 B& B refused to apologize and instead their associate posted further abuse online citing a Spiritual Master as mentally ill.
Johannes Maasland now faces prison.
In relation to this particular complaint the Earth Connection Portugal and Sanctuary 1860 were served with legal "particulars of claim" in June and July 2017. Understanding Energy refused postal service of the claim but the Sanctuary 1860 signed for the letter on August 4th 2017 and thus received the particulars of claim.
Their response to service of Particulars of Claim for harassment, defamation and other associated claims, in August 2017 was to escalate a campaign of posting defamation and harassment until October 2017 when the foretold fire commented on elsewhere destroyed several retreat centres in the extended family and in their words, losses ran into 300,000 euros.
These people also attempted in various ways to interfere in an old lawsuit involving me in September 2016 in an attempt to get Euros 300,000 (for themselves), without any rightful claim, to fund ayahuasca retreats, their extended families and to fund a network of luxury ayahuasca retreats in Portugal and in October 2017 the fires caused a 300,000 euro collective loss in what can be seen as divine retribution.

A review of the legal evidence from 2017 suggests on July 28th 2017 his post (of Understanding Energy) coincided with the timeframe of a legal letter from a Plaintiffs attorney (the case which they interfered in) demanding I use my birth name to perjure and admit I wrote a post I did not, or be sued for monetary damages (which was 1.6 million) and these people were presumably promised a cut of a settlement ther Plaintiff in the end never even got, nor even asked for. So to an extent he was involved
The legal meaning of the threat (and the actions of these people at the time was), perjure and admit you published a post you did not (and there is legal evidence to back up I was not even the poster), and use your birth name in a declaration of perjury, and if you wont do it, we will go back to court and demand 1.6 million, and then others will defame you as mentally ill (and we will post up links to the case and harass you to coerce you to do what the Plaintiff wants, namely perjure).
The Plaintiff did not ask for the 1.6 million in the complaint in the judgment prayer and asked for $669.74 in costs on a 1.6 million claim and that Plaintiff then closed her business in October 2021.
Freedman was also repreating the now deleted Understanding Energy allegations and the evidence showed the poster Understanding Energy in 2017 and 2018, did not "understand energy".
When he did, he left the dispute and left me alone, and in fair comment, ultimately he was the victim of Dani Mar's actions and his actions cancelled her intentions on me and neutralized the sting of a malicious persecution $1.6 million lawsuit. The statement can be substantiated on evidence.
The flaw in this entire "conspiracy" (that comes under interfering in my legal business to get money they had no rightful claim to) was that Dani Mar never told her husband at the time to get rid of the 14 kilos of cannabis - aka the Santa Maria (and the LSD seals) before interfering in my legal business and thus the woman and family got hoisted by their own petard.
On divine retribution (or returned intentions) in June and July 2017 the bane of legal persecution appeared in Santo Daime as a prohibition on the sacrament - most notably in Ceu de Santa Maria Santo Daime Amsterdam who were denied in the Court of Appeal and the Dutch Supreme Court.

In August 2016 the Spiritual Master refused to serve a female in the Santo Daime Church, after which the woman tried to coerce him to serve her against his will, and the intentions ended up in the Santo Daime Church loss of free will loss of Article 9.
The woman involved created a danger situation to try and coerce him to serve her by way of hiding from a lawsuit, she ordered, that failed, and was implicated in forging evidence in.
The woman failed to get rid of the 14 kilos cannabis bags, which the police seized in November 2016, after which her husband kept intimidating the Spiritual Master with Freedman’s backing.
Using the legal evidence from the Aluna Experience Podcasts the womans family admitted she was lured over by Dani Mar to Portugal "aka sucked in". She invited the entire family over to Portugal, admitted it was a mistake, complained none of them had money, admitted her relationship with "Johannes" was on the rocks, and both of them attempted to sell me a place at Earth Connection Portugal in 2016.
When I said I was done with ayahuasca ans these people in August 2016 - the woman reported me to the USA in a civil matter in September 2016 and as said by another in the paragraph above it was done to create a "danger situation" in a "hidden hand" attempt to interfere with my marriage, leave my wife and make it look like someone else did it - with the failed intention to influence my free will and change my mind (and go to Earth Connection Portugal, and pay). By "danger situation" meaning create a menacing looking situation to make it look like I better be afraid and hide from a lawsuit, that she instigated by proxy., and failed to tell "Johannes" to dispose of the cannabis sacks,
At bottom (to use legal terminology)- she wanted me to go there, fund her family shortfall and serve them, and when I did not want that, then interfered in my legal business to try and manipulate the consent. She told the Plaintiffs where I was and it was not "Johannes" and Johannes admitted it was her as such in June 2017 in his harassment campaign (which started in January 2017 and 2 months after the police took the Santo Maria aka cannabis) which involved over 700 counts of harassment that she and her family were ordering on purpose and often before these 8ths (covered elsewhere).
These Plaintiffs back in the day basically got nothing in a 1.6 million dollar lawsuit, these people kept posting links and harassment to attempt to coerce perjury and coerce settlement (which also failed), the attempt to criminalize me (and ruin my reputation) failed, and the intention to try and criminalize me for money, criminalized her and Johannes with the cannabis sacks, and her entire Santo Daime Church with the prohibition (criminalization of ayahuasca).
A lot can be said about the story but in short it is bad faith interference in my Article 9, that has destroyed the religious freedoms of hundreds of thousands of people and cursed the church with the ban.
The European Court of Human Rights has found that a person cannot be forced to demonstrate views or behaviour associated with a particular religion.
which explains why the Santo Daime is in the European Court of Human Rights on Article 9 as a direct karma consequence for interfering in mine,
It would be fair to say that the combination of interference in my legal affairs and my free will together is the combined root cause of the cancellation of the Santo Daime’s Article 9 in Earth Law
At bottom the womans initial actions (with Freedman in support later) are the entire cause of the criminalisation of all of the European Santo Daime Churches including the cancellation of the Article 9 legal rights of the Mother Church of Santo Daime Amsterdam - of which the woman originally came from.
Google ruled against these people and the woman was passing off as me to Google Legal.
Johannes who was the husband of Dani Mar, after avoiding prison for a 14 kilos cannabis trafficking charge, they broke up and went back to Holland as he wanted all along.
He too refused to have anything to do with what in his words he called the "drama" at Aluna Healing Retreats, USA, he was ranting on Aluna's facebook and his comments are saved for legal reference.
At bottom - neither me, nor him - wanted to serve the ayahuasca work of Dani Mar's family and it can be legally substantiated that Johannes was at bottom the victim of her actions.
These people were not content with only having a go at interfere in my Article 9, but also had a go at interference in Article 27 section 2. Article 27 2 reads
Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
These people believed they had the rights to all the moral interests of my work (merits) and all the material interests (the money) and FAILED.
Suffice to say, these people's collective derangment and manifestly ill-founded false claims are the prime cause of the mass destruction of their organization.
That is on top of Human Rights lawyer Natalia Rebollo backing up unlawful interference in almost every human right on the charter, explaining why Ben Meeus advisor to Santo Daime European Churches and on the UN council of human rights, saw his organization stripped of their legal rights.
Natalia Rebollo with Charlotte Walsh, was also involved threatening my police family with house searches, arrests, prosecution, lawsuit and the rest of it, as well as trying to blackmail me into a sexual relationship with the objective to say it was rape, so these women lawyers are very ill (aka mentally sick) indeed in fair comment.
They also backed up some very nasty stalking, the legal meaning of the stalking being, do the rape so there is evidence for a DNA test (and then you will pay to Aluna Sanctuary the money from your work to stop us prosecuting the charge, and if you wont do the rape, we will violate your police family in England, frame you for rape anyway using duff alibis, and as that isnt working, we will track you down and our people with break your legs), and (in addition) Freedman claimed he had the right to use violence to force me to commit a sexual assault.
The ICEERS controversy is they believe I can be armtwisted, blackmailed, coerced and forced to have sex to back up a manifestly ill-founded charge of rape, and Freedmans story is he has the legal right to force sexual consent. Suffice to say the Santo Daime Church is the organization in a wheelchair without legal legs to stand on, and Freedman is (metaphorically speaking) crawling with broken legs to Supreme Court and he wont live to have his deranged claims heard.
For Aluna Sanctuary they were intimidating witnesses and they conspired with others so its interfere with DEA rwitnesses supply Schedule 1 drugs MDMA and ayahuasca California. Its aggravated and they aren't even legal and advertising MDMA retreats, for ayahuasca they dont have an exemption from DEA.
Aggravated Witness Intimidation Defined by Penal Code Section 136.1(c)
If the defendant has committed witness intimidation, more serious punishment is available under the following conditions:
1. The defendant act maliciously, AND
2. The defendant did any of the following:
a. Specifically intended to conspire with others to intimidate a witness.
b. Used force or violence, or threatened to directly or indirectly use force or violence on the person or property of a witness or victim or any other person.
c. Acted in order to obtain money
They were inciting Jon to post threats to kill and the Akats were repeating the threats, and Dani Mar was behind the penis face emails. Theres info in them only she had and the date is suspicious. They were doing it when witnesses got court letters as well so its witness tampering with malice. They were posting threats of violence and posting url links to those threats and theres evidence of that as well. Aluna wanted money as well so its obtain money under false pretence, aka conspire to do extortion and like people said its suspicious as its when they brought the Potter Valley place.
To back up the comment "Johannes" was at bottom the victim of her actions" he would not have been arrested with the 14 kilos of cannabis (in November 2016) had Dani Mar not interfered in my legal business first (which was September 2016) and that was only done as I refused to service her, her ayahuasca family and "have the rope".
At bottom of everything, that being the first cause of something in fundamental truth, the making of the rope *in September 2016) is the cause of the entire dispute (and the resultant "race waste" and it is unlikely "Johannes" ever agreed to the rope or its implications. It was made to look like Johannes interfered in my legal business first, and he was the villain, when in truth it was her.
When he "understood energy" and "what the rope was" Johannes went his own way and the cause of their break up is not me, but the effects of making the "rope" which is fully elaborated upon elsewhere.
She (and not I) is at bottom - aka first cause - at fault - for the entire dispute and then everyone else who then backed her up, are fully responsible for their part.
Had this woman not have made this "rope" none of this would have happened and this "rope magic" was cancelled out between June and September 2021.
The Aluna Sanctuary in Potter Valley, California which used to be Sanctyuary 1860 in Portugal were lying about the SMFS in emails and slagging him off as mentally ill. They tried to pretend they had nothing to do with Jon and thy were threatening the SMFS with having his reputation trashed and its when Dani Mar had a court letter. and the day after she said dont make assumptions about my astral body. Thats what she did to his and she made an assumption about his astral body, When he objected to the rope the woman was inciting harassment. The Aluna Sanctuary at the time of formation founded it on posting threats, lies and inciting harassment, Freedman backed it up, the Akats in May 2018 started attacking the SMFS and it was when people had court letters so its witness tampering. The harassment came from San Fransico and thats when Attila was there. Alexandra Akat threatened the SMFS with police and tried lying about her part in it and she was slagging SMFS off as mentally ill.
The Aluna Sanctuary supply MDMA and ayahuasca, and they are not legal. That is their business unless you want to make trouble for others. In 2018 the evidence shows SMFS said to the Akats keep posting lies and your gonna get a visit from Drug Enforcement Authority, they still wouldn't stop posting lies and harassment, so the DEA were filled in on their actions. The evidence shows they had the warnings to stop it, and to top it off Freedman tried to force the SMFS to serve Aluna and thats when he kept foreseeing a fire there and thats on top of the previous fires. The woman should have gone there discreet, done her own thing and left SMFS out of their drama. They tried to draw him into it and it appears as a fire or a police raid like everywhere else.

whatever behavior the santo daime wants to impose on the smfs it is prohibited by the european court of human rights and then one understands why the santo d the european court of human rights and the prohibition of the sacrament is a punishment for trying to destroy smfs and free will articles 8 and 9 and it is undoubtedly reverse the flawed position. the smfs has a free will to leave an ayahuasca group and its communities and refuse to live according to the rules of its santo daime organization and whatever belief daime holds, the smfs is not obligated to participate to the race or to associate with the people and it is certainly not allowed to try to get the free mind to consent to sex relations against its free will
opinion is allowed by law, that is, people can believe in themselves that the smfs is obligated to serve an ayahuasca breed, or should not have free will, but the imposition of beliefs and the imposition of the free mind contrary to his religious freedoms are prohibited in human rights law and in cosmic law. the bottom line is that the smfs has free will no one has the right to oppose it and those who try to force the smfs to serve ayahuasca religions lose their own article 9 freedoms
in summary, the smfs t is entitled to full articles 8 and 9 rights without interference and has the right to refuse to have anything to do with ayahuasca and its people who think otherwise are responsible for their own problems. when people use a lot of drugs, their point of view is wrong and in 2018, the PJ used smfs as a witness was not taking drugs or using herbal or chemical hallucinogens. The story that the free mind has no free will and no cognitive freedom rights is wrong and people will understand truth of the madness and it comes from taking too much cannabis and in law 14 kilograms is too much cannabis
To summarize this comment the Ayahuasca Defence Fund and Freedman were interfering in an absolute Article 9 right that they, nor the authorities, nor even the law, had or have the right to interfere in.
Since 2017, their position is, I can be forced to service ayahuasca, a religion, a woman, and a set of doctrines that are morally objectionable, incompatible with me, my path, and my community.
As others have said it is interference in free will, with wilful malice. Even the lawyers at the Ayahuasca Defence Fund who apparently "specialize in human rights" tried interfering with my Article 9 (and Article 8) and failed. The legal meaning of their actions is, service ayahuasca and do what our religion demands, or we will keep interfering in your Article 9, which comes under attempting to interfere in an absolute Article 9 right (which I have and they do not have).

In fair comment the mass dissolution of the power base (and the cancellation of Article 9) of the organization known as Santo Daime Church is at bottom a karma curse of consequence of malicious interference in Article 9.
These people are fully responsible for their misguided actions and it is fair comment (and indeed the truth) that 14 kilos of cannabis in law is too much cannabis.
