I purchase a 1-year membership on February 22, 2022. Starting October 1st 2022 my membership disappeared. According to them I don't have a membership. I have chatted online, emailed and had at least one phone conversation about my issue. They claim they know a lot of people are having the same problem and they are working on it. It has been 24 days and it still isn't fixed. I asked for my membership to be refunded if they weren't going to provide the service I paid for. They refused. I'm just tired of the lying run around I've gotten from them.
Desired outcome: At this point after such poor communication, I'd like my membership refunded.
Still no membership reinstatement. I think the company is just run by a bunch of thieves. There has been no attempt at resolution.
