My point is I hardly work in my country now and then I have a little job to support me and my mother we are very poor and I don't have it.. Infact I need to save money to travel abroad this year I try help my self to see if I would become successful but yes I can make it one of these days I hope you understand my pain and suffering i've been through in the past. I barely catch up on myself to make a living. So incase an inconvenient cause and I can't able to pay whatever else please I call on cancel and refund if it was $15.00 dollars I don't mind $96.00 is way too much you people want to broke me dry.. I didn't realize it would take this far... My apologies as well.

Desired outcome: How can I have my refund or $96.00 back or the amount that was debited from my account to payed my internet bill and the rest to save to travel abroad this year.. because I don't think is much I have in my account.
