I purchased a new $ 3200.00 air conditioning unit in July 2006. In August 2010 (while still under warranty) it broke. After several wasted service calls, and the destruction of the unit, the owner decided to replace one of the parts of the system. It took almost 3 weeks back and forth to finally get it fixed. I was charged over $ 600.00 for labor on the warranty unit. A new part of the system was installed because they damaged the outer part of the system beyong repair. It is now 1 year later, and the same part of the system is broken. I was advised that I would have to pay again. Their guarantee ONLY covers parts... They get you on the labor. A brand new air conditioning should not break each summer. When I called for emergency service, their first concern was that I pay again, not that there is something wrong with the products they are selling. When I told the serviceman to contact the owner of the company and that I need service, he said that he would call me back, but the owner is unavailable until Monday. This is Florida in the summer.
