E-Commerce Web Design and SEO review: I want a full refund

I was approached by a sales member, Zak, in September 2022, with a package of website redesign, hosting and maintenance, and SEO management. Zak works for Fawkes Digital Marketing. Having a small business, I purchased this package to help with my business growth. Eternal Earth Sanctuary is my business. I did receive the website design, but it was not meant by the project date I paid for. It was 2 weeks late. Then the manager of the project, John Marx, stopped answering emails and voicemails at the end of October once the website went live. I asked for context of what my bill would include per month. I was told by his website designer, Nathan, and Zak, that $100 was towards the hosting and maintenance, and $265 was for SEO hosting. Zak told me Nathan handles the hosting and John handles the SEO. I explained that I would like to adjust that to only reflect hosting and website maintenance since I have no received zero SEO support in November. I’ve sent John a handful of emails, I’ve left him and the Fawkes customer service line 3 voicemails each. I’ve received no return calls or emails from John. Today I got charged $365 for the SEO and Hosting Packing. I had to send 5 emails before I access to my own website, which is my domain. I have never received access to the online portal to update my billing information. I’ve left John another voicemail.
