Why is this happening?
I signed a contract with Storesonline to pay monthly payments by VISA, using my bank in Canada. This company then had Duvera Financial do the monthly billings, which cannot be processed because the bank does not receive the request for payment. A company employee told me that they are having some problems with their interfacing with the Canadian banks.
Why would a company NOT be able to have a payment request accepted for payment, if it is sent and I know the VISA number will accept the total if the request is made? My bank tells me they did not receive a request for payment.
Bottom line: This is still Duvera's billing system problem, and I signed a contract to have monthly payments made by VISA.
Can anyone tell me why a specific company's billing system will not interface with another country's banking system????? Is there a history of problems, that I as a consumer would not know about? How can I find out what the problems are, and request another billing company?
