In December 2021, Durable Medical Equipment Company Hospicesource employee was delivering a lift chair to pt home. While trying to get chair inside, pt daughter asked employee to take chair apart as it was to big to fit through the door. Employee ignored and shoved chair through door damaging door and wall. Pt passed on 12/23/22. Company picked chair back up later. It was brought to company attention. Shawn Bernett, rep, previous VP Danny Acosta and current VP Tim Arsenol. Shawn told me to have pt contact Lowes and have a estimate performed and to submit to company. Estimate was completed totaling $1,253 for preparation, installation and clean up. This has all been submitted to Shawn, Danny and Tim without response. This was in January. Many emails and text messages have been sent without response or a most recent response from Tim Arsenol "Not yet ask me Monday. Im off today." Monday came and went without response to my email, text or voice mail. This started in January, and it is now August and it appears that Hospice Source is not going to cover the damage to made by their employee. I have a copy of the Sales Proposal for the door along with an email that I submitted to Tim Aresenol; however, I cannot get it to load to your site due to format. Let me know and I can email you all supporting documents ([protected]@ymail.com) Kindly, Evalyn Irwin, LPN Tree of Life Nursing Care
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: We could like the door fixed and paid for along with an apology to my client from the company.
