Hi,

I have booked a Tkt on 2nd Oct, at the first time I got a failed transaction. I got a message popup from Jet Airways that your amount is blocked but not charged. In second transaction my transaction was successful and my tkt was booked.

My pain started once the credit card statement came, I found two transaction entries of 10654/- in my account statement. I spoke to my credit card banker they said Jet Airways asked us for a valid debit transaction. I spoke to Jet Airways they said to send mail to [protected]@jetairways.com. Finish the queries they asked even after giving all details was pathetic.

I gave them reference no, I gave them my credit card statement still they were not able to identify the amount details. Below is their mail communication which shows their childish customer care department.

The UN professionalism can be seen in many ways of Jet Airways.
1) Four mail sent by three different people.
2) Jet airways is asking for customer's credit card no which can be used by any one for further fraudulent.
3) What is motto behind asking credit card no. do jet airways keep record of customer credit card details ?
4) What is the relation of asking credit card statement which is customer very personal transaction information.
5) What is the relation of asking of any future ticket.

I don’t understand why it is so difficult to find out any ticket is issued on the given reference or not and same reference no is used for ICICI debit transactions.

I am very annoyed with all this, now waiting for their response to settle down my amount.

Hoping Jet Airways will upgrade their customer care to show some mature behaviour.
Thanks for reading this mail.
Rohit

Hi,
I booked Flight tkt on Nov 17, 2012 from Singapore to Kolkata ( tkt price:317 Singapore dollar/tkt) for travel date 09 Feb, 2013. Due to some reason I cancelled the tkt on 02 Jan, 2012. Means 37 Days before travel date. They deducted 130 Singapore dollar (around 6000 Rs per tkt).
I want to raise voice and doubt on ethical practice of JET AIRWAYS in India.
1st: During the tkt booking also they add some hidden cost.
2nd: Cancellation charges (even more than one month before travel date) is unjustified, around 6000 Rs on Singapore-India Tkt (tkt cost-12000 Rs) . So almost charged full amount on tkt price without tax. Where as INDIGO charged Rs. 1800 /tkt on my returning tkt (Nagpur-Singapore) cancellation .
3rd: Based on above fact, we should rethink while booking flight tkt from JET AIRWAYS.
If need i can post detail of tkt.
Thanks,
RanjanSingapore
