Dubai Duty Free Currency Exchange review: Currency exchange

Greetings,

I was at Dubai airport on Jan 3rd, 2023. I stopped by the Dubai Duty Free Exchange Bureau to exchange 415 AED and $200 to Turkish Liras as I was going to Turkey before my final destination to USA. The representative took AED from me. She put them on the machine to count. Then she asked me if I the dollars. I asked her if she’s is going to convert the both currencies together? She said yes. Then I gave her dollars. She took a while. My flight started boarding. So I was in a hurry. I think she realized it and then she quickly gave me the money and hurried me to count. I counted the amount she mentioned but later in the flight I realized that she gave me the money for the dollars but not the 415 AED. I feel it was deliberate and I would like to get my full money. The exchange bureau must be responsible for it. The agent must be fired for the dishonesty. I hope Dubai has a system that can rectify these situations. I am requesting the authorities to take proper action.
