Duane Blanton Plumbing Round Lake IL review: I'd like his insurance company to pay me for the damage that Duane Blanton Plumbing caused.

I wouln't use this company if someone else offered to pay the bill. On Aug 6th 2022 my newly remodeled offices got flooded. Duane Blaton was here to install something in my water softer. He neglected to put the drain hose back into the drain. Over 100 gallons of water poured into my offices, from upstairs. I have over $100k in damages and the cowardly owner won't even return my calls. His insurance isn't paying me back. Looks like I'm on my own here.

Bottom line? Bad company that doesn't back it's work!
