D&S Retrievers Kutztown, PA review: Puppies

I gave $500. as refund then another $250. was requested and given. When puppies were 6 wks old, the buyers were able to choose a puppy. I chose the puppy with yellow collar and owner agreed. A few days later, she called and stated I could not have that puppy due to Search and Rescue getting her because she did better than the other puppies when tested. Due to me not receiving what I was promised, I wanted my $750. back. I was told it would be 2-4 wks, but I had to email and request it several times. When I received a check, it was for $250. not $750.
