The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

On my March Discover bill I had two charges for something I did not order. The "merchandise" was listed as:
DRI*FOREX STEAM LIFETI REGNOW .COM/CSMN $117.99 and
DRI*EXTENDED DOWNLOAD REGNOW.COM/CSMN $10.95.
I have no idea what the 'product' is/was that I was supposed to have purchased as I have no receipt to check against my bill.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

i will like to be refund for the amount of 4.57 $ and 21.97$ on my credits cards as sonn as possible
