Dealer sold me a boat, in which the motor blew up on the first time i used it. The owner has repeatedly told me time and time again they would make it right. That was June. This is December and they have resolved nothing. Dealer also hasn't answered or returned my phone calls for over a week.
Well, December was the last time i wrote on here about this business. At that point it had been almost a year of dealing with these people. It is now the end of July and NOTHING has been resolved except a second entire lost summer and a lot of broken promises. This time the owners girlfriend got involved and told me she would see to it that they would sell the boat for me on ebay. She said she would have it posted for sale that night. That was 2 weeks ago and nothings been done. I have attempted to call the both numerous times and no answer. Again. I have never experienced business practices like this in my life, and no one else i have talked to in this business has either. If you are wanting to buy a boat and actually get to enjoy it, I would strongly advise you to stay away from these people. I have lost 2 summers now and thousands of dollars. I hve not even seen my boat since i dropped it off to them in June 2009.

This is the same kid who broke into cars in Longwood addition to steal stereo equipment. Even his father, with his limo / drug dealing business, has disowned him. Contact the Attorney General of Indiana and make a complaint as most of his "customers" have. He thinks the "Illuminati" is after him, he has zero clue that most people are smarter than him and can pick him out of a lineup of Indiana's most narcissistic. He believes he is overly gifted and intelligent, however he is not a smart crook... only a brazen one attempting to hide in plain sight.
I am sure that your situation is not easy, but if he old you a boat "as it is" then why complain? You decided to give the boat back after you bought it and the shipping was in process. Is not fair that you are willing to break his integrity and reputation because you made the mistake of trying to return the boat.

im from australia, and over a year ago now i got in contacted with sean to get a bayliner, everything was fine at the start, then when he siad the boat was getting shiped over etc it wasn't and keepd on lieing to me about it, then i asked for a refund after 8 months of getting no where, he said thats fine, so we tryed getting the refund, and so far after about 4-5 months i have only got 4 thousand out of 20, 000, and when i do email him he dosn't reply or he gets someone else to reply and they say that the money will be sent back in a week etc, but nothing ever happens, i need the money to move on with my life, he has destroyed all the plans for my future and all the saving i had done. i will never deal with him again,
does anybody no what i can do to get my money back? because sean has taking this to far

I have had an entirely different experience. I purchased a boat last summer and had hours of fun with no problems. The boat was delivered exactly as described. I bought it and had it delivered without even seeing it. Sean took a couple of extra days getting it delivered to Canada but otherwise there were no problems
I completely agree. I was extremely dissappointed in the service Sean Dada, the owner of Dream Toy Store provided. The only good thing about my boat was that it was clean. Other than that, nothing worked. It had numerous problems and I shelled out a few thousand dollars in an attempt to get it fixed! When I arrived, the boat was sitting there and looked great. Upon further inspection, nothing worked mechanically. Frustrated and mad that I drove 10 hrs and was planning on picking up a boat that was "mechanically sound" and rated a 9.1 on a scale of 10 I didn't know what to do. Sean also told me that he would make it right and he'll take care of it, that his mechanic wasn't available and if I took it to a local dealer he would take care of it. He didn't take care of anything! I got my boat on the water once and didn't even leave the dock it was so bad. It sat at the dealer for months and I paid for all the work as Sean avoided all my calls and "said he was with a customer." I am a customer! The CD player didn't work, there were electrical problems, switches that didn't work, drive issues, and now that I took my boat out of storage I get to take it back to the dealer for more work! I wish I would have given him NEGATIVE feedback on ebay, but he is slick, he cons you into thinking he will help and doesn't. This dude's bad news, has ZERO communication skills, and is not true to his word at all. He did after like 5-6 months refund me a fraction of the cost I have put into the boat. What a headache, avoid buying a boat from Dream Toy Store at all costs! Another dissatisfied customer in the USA, thanks Sean.
